ORDERS AND PRICING:

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Quantity pricing is shown on each product and applies automatically in your cart. Prices, availability and product details are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to decline or cancel any order.

ORDER MINIMUM:

All orders have a $150.00 minimum, based on the order subtotal before shipping and taxes.

PAYMENT:

Payment is due at the time of order. Credit card payments are processed securely and are authorized when you place your order.

SHIPPING:

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout as described in our Shipping Guidelines. Processing and pickup details are listed under Order Processing Time.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

Returns of defective and non-defective merchandise, and any refunds, are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy.

EMAIL UPDATES:

When you place an order or create an account, the newsletter box is checked by default. Leaving it checked subscribes you to GloWorks emails about new products, seasonal stock and promotions. You can uncheck it before you order, and every email includes an unsubscribe link. If you have unsubscribed before, placing an order will not subscribe you again.
