Refund and Returns Policy

OUR RETURNS POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS

Wholesale products are imported in large quantities, therefore, factory-defective product may inadvertently ship to you. All prices are off set to include 10% product discount, regardless of quantity ordered. We accept returns for any individual product that contains more than 10% factory-defective pieces. All returns must be pre-approved within 30 days of shipping date of the original order. Please call 800-809-4569 to make return/refund claim. If you are unsatisfied with a product, or wish to return a non-defective product, please call for authorization. A 25% restocking fee applies to the return of non-defective products. Shipping will not be refunded for any reason on any return. Used, reconditioned, clearance, and close-out merchandise is sold AS-IS. We DO NOT accept returns for these items
